Job Description

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
  • Providing a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
  • Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated attitude.
  • Customer focused and results driven approach.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
