Job Title: Compressed Air Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team in Tullamarine.

As a Compressed Air Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across Australia and managing all sales and marketing activities. Your focus will be on enhancing customer performance, achieving company objectives, and maintaining high professional standards, whilst in collaboration with the external sales team to boost market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Techincal Sales Experience: Proven experience in technical sales within a B2B environment or a strong technical mindset.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of compressed air products and their applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in SAP B1 highly regarded.
