Job Opportunity

Are you a qualified trainer and assessor seeking a new challenge in the aged care industry?

  • Schedule and deliver training programs for caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality care.
  • Work with our recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new caregivers.
  • Deliver mandatory training sessions in an engaging and inclusive manner, tailored to meet the needs of individual caregivers.
  • Manage our learning management system, ensuring that all training materials are up-to-date and accessible to staff.
  • Supervise the enrollment and accreditation process for caregivers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular workplace observations and provide personalized training to caregivers as required.
  • Develop and implement individualized training plans to meet the unique needs of each caregiver.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in workplace training with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of the aged care industry, including its challenges and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality training and making a positive impact on the lives of caregivers and their clients.
