Job Title: Aged Care Training ProfessionalWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Aged Care Trainer to join our team. As an Aged Care Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our students, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the industry.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Aged Care, with experience in training and assessment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our students and the industry;
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track student progress and training outcomes;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform training programs and services.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher;
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Aged Care as a trainer and assessor;
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children's Check;
  • Permanent residency or Australian citizenship;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $75,000 per year, plus superannuation and other benefits.
