Job Title: Catering Support Specialist

Role Summary:

As a Catering Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to residents by assisting with meal preparation and delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, promoting the dignity, life, and spirituality of older people.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in line with our high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Key Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve set objectives.
