Exciting Opportunity: Front Lift Driver

Job Description:

As a skilled and safety-conscious Front Lift Driver, you will play a critical role in managing the loading of waste bin containers for transportation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all vehicles are safely loaded and transported to their destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliant loading of waste bin containers for transportation purposes
  • Operate and maintain company-owned transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks on vehicles when necessary
  • Adhere to driving hour restrictions and fatigue management requirements
  • Report incidents and prepare accident reports as necessary
Requirements:
  • Current and valid QLD HR licence
  • Minimum 12 months truck driving experience (operating a Front liftHR truck is an advantage)
  • Full working rights
  • Clean and recent driving record
  • Flexible to work overtime and weekends as required
  • Superior customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, flexible, trustworthy with a positive can-do attitude
