Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled driver to join our team on a rotational basis, based out of our Gladstone branch. This is a full-time position.

The role involves transporting oversized loads to customer sites, conducting thorough pre-start checks, and ensuring loads are securely fastened before and during transit.

  • Transport oversized loads to customer sites
  • Conduct thorough pre-start checks before transportation
  • Ensure loads are securely fastened before and during transit
  • Adhere to safety standards, ensuring the safety of yourself and others
  • Perform maintenance on trucks and equipment as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service with a proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Load and unload equipment independently

Key qualifications include:

  • Must have an MC Driver's License or at minimum a HC Driver's License
  • Holding a valid MSIC is highly regarded
  • Machinery operation tickets are desirable
  • Forklift License preferred
  • Strong knowledge and practice of OH&S standards
  • Experience with long-distance trips
  • Heavy haulage experience required
  • Experience with quad and dolly trailers preferred
  • Capable of performing routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience transporting oversized loads
  • Ability to pass a medical exam, including drug and alcohol screening
