Lead a Team to Success

We are looking for a hands-on Team Leader to help build a strong, capable workforce that delivers great outcomes for our clients in Warrnambool and surrounding areas.

As the leader of our frontline team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred services. You will work closely with the management team to oversee a group of dedicated support workers—providing regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and client satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to help attract and retain clients.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by helping to build and manage a strong care workforce.
  • Leading the day-to-day delivery of high-quality home care services to our clients.

You will be responsible for implementing service delivery improvements, strengthening client engagement, and fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
