Job Overview

The Modern Workplace Engineer plays a vital role in driving operational excellence and delivering seamless IT services across the organization.

This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in Microsoft's Modern Workplace services, responsible for managing and enhancing the Windows Managed Operating Environment (MOE).

  • Ensure maximum value from technology investments and identify areas for improvement
About This Role

You will be part of a collaborative team that works together to deliver exceptional IT services. As an experienced IT professional, you possess strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. With at least three years' experience in enterprise environments, you will bring expertise in managing MOE platforms, identifying technical improvements, and supporting large-scale service rollouts.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts, applying ITIL service management processes, and working in Agile environments with confidence.

You will build positive relationships with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of IT services.
