What will you be doing?
As a Modern Workplace Engineer at SecurITon Technologies, you will spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and transform traditional workspaces into agile, secure, and collaborative environments. Working across diverse sectors, you will play a crucial role in shaping how organizations leverage modern workplace technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

How will you contribute to our success?

  1. Engage with clients to develop and deploy tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint, enhancing workplace collaboration and productivity.
  2. Oversee the smooth transition of organizations to modern workplace architectures, ensuring optimal integration without disrupting existing operations.
  3. Provide comprehensive post-implementation support, resolving technical issues and refining system functionalities to boost user satisfaction and productivity.
  4. Champion the implementation of robust security measures within workplace technologies, aligning with the latest industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that modern workplace solutions are effectively incorporated into broader IT strategies.

What skills does our ideal candidate have?

  1. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 architectures, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance.
  2. Expertise in collaborative platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
  3. Robust problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of effective support and troubleshooting.
  4. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance in digital workplaces.
  5. Highly regarded certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.
