Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with the management of Lennons Restaurant & Bar, In Room Dining, and Studio Boardrooms.
  • Train and develop all team members to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Assist with the management of rosters and payroll costs while on shift.
  • Order and manage stock control to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work with the Sales & Marketing team to execute promotional activities for the Food & Beverage department.
  • Identify market trends and respond accordingly, focusing on Hyatt's Top 20 fundamentals in F&B.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Previous experience using Infrasys is highly regarded.
  • Cocktail and general wine knowledge is essential.
  • Current RSA and RMLV certifications are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
