This presents an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in driving digital transformation across clients' projects and organisations.
About this RoleThe Client Success Manager will ensure clients unlock the full potential of Simpel and experience unmatched value. This includes taking ownership of the entire customer journey, from onboarding and training to ongoing support and renewal.
You'll work closely with our Product & Development team, Marketing, and Sales to enhance customer experience at every touchpoint in and out of the product. Previous experience in the construction industry or construction technology sector is highly regarded.
- Ensure clients achieve unparalleled success with Simpel.
- Take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, support, and renewal.
- Consult and support clients in implementing and adopting Simpel and digital processes within their organisation.
- Maintain positive client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Hold regular check-in calls, business reviews, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Monitor and report on client health and progress.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the application and how clients use it.
- Represent the voice of the client internally and ensure customer feedback informs product development and feature prioritisation.
- Improve the Customer Success team through projects and initiatives.
- Experience in construction or construction technology.
- 2+ years as a Client Success Manager in a construction technology SaaS company.
- End-to-end customer lifecycle experience, from onboarding to account management.
- Able to take initiative and get involved in every aspect of the business and customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, using analytical skills to devise solutions that deliver business value.
- Organised with a high attention to detail.
- Process-driven with the ability to work in a team as well as a self-starter basis.
- Be a leader in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
