About the Role:
  • Pastoral Care Program Development: Develop and implement the Pastoral Care program for a specific year level, ensuring it meets the needs of students.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work collaboratively with Pastoral Care teachers to ensure a cohesive approach, inspiring and motivating them through innovative teaching methods.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Deputy Principals Collaboration: Work closely with Deputy Principals to oversee pastoral care coordination, ensuring alignment with the College's vision.
About You:
  • Certification and Registration: Hold current registration as a teacher with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA).
  • Catholic Ethos: Embody Gospel values and promote a Catholic ethos in your work.
  • Personal Growth: Demonstrate capacity for personal growth and professional development, aligning with expectations of leadership positions in Catholic schools.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective teamwork.
What We Offer:
