We're seeking a dynamic Microsoft Training Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement team and help clients unlock the full potential of Microsoft solutions through impactful, user-focused training.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Delivering solution training to end users, providing demonstrations of products both in pre-sales and during project lifecycles, preparing marketing collateral, and product evangelism (including presenting at events or similar)
- Being involved in, and often expected to take lead roles, in aspects of projects that impact the end-user perception of the system and uptake. The scope of the role will be varied from project to project but you may be required to take part in projects during all phases of a project lifecycle from pre-sales, project managing, scoping, project planning, implementation through to BAU support, user training and system documentation
- Analysing and understanding business requirements, solution designs, and built systems in order to bring users on the journey to solution adoption
- Providing expert advice to enable our customers to make sound business decisions relating to the implementation of the project they have purchased
- Leading and guiding other members of the team both while working on projects and also providing on-going customer support
- Providing internal training and mentoring of team members as required.

**You will have the following**:
**_Skills_**
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Sound understanding of modern Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product capabilities and usage in a both a consulting and end-user context
- Previous experience in contributing to sales and evangelism activities
- Proven track record in delivering successful, on time, on budget projects
- Excellent Customer Service skills/background
- The ability to provide great service to large enterprise and corporate clients
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to other team members.

**_Experience_**
- Proven track record in successfully delivering training within time and budget constraints on customer projects
- Detailed Dynamics 365 project experience and an understanding of the system integration and business processes

**_Qualifications_**
- A relevant Tertiary qualification preferred.
