Job Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to assume the role of Service Delivery Coordinator. The ideal candidate will guarantee a seamless onboarding process for customers, collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and upstream providers to deliver services accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end provisioning: new sales, relocations, upgrades, disconnections, and ownership changes
  • Manage timelines and installations with internal teams and external providers
  • Monitor delivery progress, flag potential risks early, and maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Establish strong, professional relationships with customers throughout the onboarding journey
  • Handle customer enquiries, escalations, and communication via ticketing systems
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations
Key Requirements
  • Experience in service delivery, provisioning, or project coordination (telco or ISP experience highly regarded)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations and troubleshooting delivery challenges
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
