Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Talent Focus. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our food manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HACCP documentation and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain labelling and nutritional information to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Provide staff induction and training, including filing of staff records.
  • Conduct daily factory inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Manage HACCP record checks and daily inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and report on customer complaints.
  • Coordinate microbiological testing programs and analysis results.
  • Maintain current product specification sheets and create new ones as required.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in the food industry, with a focus on quality assurance and control.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergens, product specifications, labelling, and supply audit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must currently reside in Australia and have full-time unrestricted working rights.
  • Must have an unrestricted Australian driver's license.
