Job Title: Accounts Payable Payments Coordinator

This is a key leadership position within the Accounts Payable team, responsible for leading and developing the Payments team.

The primary responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of data entry tasks, scheduling payments, and securing necessary approvals from senior management.

Key priorities include accurate processing of payments to customers, suppliers, and business stakeholders on time, maintaining confidentiality of supplier payment master data, and planning and execution of all AP tasks effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, influencing skills, and a passion for coaching and developing team members.

Required qualifications include 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced account payments environment, proven experience leading and developing a team, and computer literacy across Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
