Drive Digital Payments Innovation

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial AI Commercialization Lead to drive the go-to-market commercialization of our Agentic AI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to shape the future of commerce.

About the Role

The Global Partnerships team is responsible for enabling the biggest names in tech, e-commerce, and financial services to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and deliver them at scale – solving real-world problems for our partners and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market and commercialization strategy for Agentic products and services in collaboration with Core, Services, and Commercial teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our partners and customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Passion for digital payments, Financial Institutions, fintech, and digital assets.
  • Highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to function well in a complex and dynamic market environment and matrix structure that requires cross-collaboration across functions and geographies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide structure as well as manage ambiguity.
