Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Courier Pud Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading by example and ensuring the smooth operation of our courier services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. You will also need to be physically fit and have an excellent driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities

Some of the key duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading Hand duties
  • Assisting and motivating PUD drivers
  • Loading and unloading freight
  • Checking consignments on correct packaging
  • Ensuring all consignment is updated with the correct status code for tracking purposes

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Sound written and verbal skills
  • Be highly reliable and punctual
  • Have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
