Retail Leasing Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our team in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and secure new and replacement stores
  • Develop property strategies for the existing network
  • Deliver new stores, acquisitions, lease renewals and store extensions
  • Liaise and negotiate with landlords to secure favourable outcomes associated with landlord works and complex tenure arrangements
  • Prepare reports for approval, presentations & meeting materials

About You:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of commercial property leasing experience
  • An excellent communicator and negotiator
  • A sound knowledge of lease contracts, including financial and legal aspects
  • End-to-end leasing experience, ideally with retailer-side exposure
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • A strong attention to detail
