Senior Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to our clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with experience in areas such as consumer law, intellectual property, digital commerce, and data privacy. They will be responsible for analysing complex legal issues, providing sound advice, and developing effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team
  • Strong technical experience across Commercial Law with exposure to Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce, and Data Privacy
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
  • Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly and hit the ground running
