Job Role

The TRaCE Partnerships Coordinator is a key position within the organization, responsible for coordinating and implementing strategic engagement activities and partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating TRaCE program activities and stakeholder engagements
  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • Developing high-quality written and visual content for events and communications
  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry, government, and academic partners
  • Providing administrative support including meeting coordination, processing applications and documentation

This role is a fixed-term position located at the Newcastle Institute of Energy and Resources (NIER).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A degree with relevant experience in communications, engagement, event or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication abilities
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to professional standards
  • Experience in science, technology, research or higher education (highly desirable)
