**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Officer to join our team at Wyong Hospital. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest level of security protocols are upheld. You will work closely with our team to identify and address potential security risks, providing proactive solutions to prevent incidents from occurring.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong conflict resolution skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You must also hold a current and valid 1A Security Licence, First Aid certificate, and NSW Driver's Licence.
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Your professional demeanor and positive attitude will be essential in promoting a culture of safety and respect within our organization.
