Clinical Expertise in Communication and Swallowing Disorders

As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. This position requires a genuine interest in supporting participants with disability and a drive for improving care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and design therapy plans in diverse environments, including clients' homes, day centres, parks, and clinic rooms.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop solutions for clients.

You will receive graduate-specific induction week covering community practice, NDIS, and life at our organization. Support includes colleagues and a buddy from the previous cohort for guidance. Supervision is 1:1 discipline-specific supervision to support transition to full-time work and caseload management.
