Responsibilities
  • Development and Implementation of our internal infrastructure platform to support large-scale deployments
  • Improving Reliability, Performance and Feature Set of the infrastructure platform based on customer needs
  • Identifying and diagnosing issues in deployments together with software development teams
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployment, and operations, including operators and controllers
  • Demonstrated work with modern object-oriented programming languages, preferably Go
  • 10+ years of experience with Linux systems tooling and troubleshooting, including debugging complex network stack traffic flows
  • Proven ability to mentor Junior Members of the team and support engineers with solving problems in integrating their systems with core Kubernetes components
Skills & Knowledge
  • Ability to design and implement infrastructure platforms that integrate with globally distributed large-scale Private and Public Cloud Environments
  • Experience working with bare metal systems on premise or in hybrid cloud environments, including IAC (Infrastructure as Code) design and implementation
  • Deep understanding of monitoring ecosystems, including Prometheus
  • Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a distributed team
