Law Graduate Position

Graduates will work alongside our existing team of exceptional lawyers and support a diverse client base on a broad range of matters.

Throughout the year you will be supported through a junior lawyer buddy program and allocated a partner to be your mentor. Partners and senior lawyers will guide you through your graduate year and ensure you are provided with opportunities for professional development and learning.

Our Recruitment Process

Step 1 : Application

Applications will open at 10 am on a specified date in August, and will close at 11:59 pm on a specified date in August.

Step 2 : Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete one or more in-person interviews.

Selected candidates will also be given the opportunity to have an informal chat with a member of our junior team to ask any questions and gain insights into the team dynamics and workplace culture.

Step 3 : Offers

Offers will not be made before 10:00 am on a specified date in September.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Must have completed or be on track to complete a law degree and be ready to commence their graduate position by the end of February with excellent academic results.
  • Should have relevant experience in commercial law, preferably including private practice such as vacation clerkships.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong motivation, and a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
