Join Russell Kennedy's 12-month Law Graduate Program offering diverse practice rotations and a supportive, inclusive work culture.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

  • Participate in a 12-month Law Graduate program rotating through four practice groups.
  • Gain in-depth, on-the-job experience across different teams, clients, work types, and industries.
  • Apply skills learned from formal studies in practical legal matters.
  • Complete Practical Legal Training within the first 18 weeks in partnership with the College of Law.
  • Receive regular on-the-job feedback and formal feedback sessions after each rotation.
  • Engage with a Graduate Lead, Rotational Supervisor, and Graduate Support for career progression and personal development.
About You

The company is looking for :

  • Applicants who have completed a Seasonal Clerkship at Russell Kennedy within the last two years.
  • Confident, skillful individuals who enjoy teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Law graduates committed to providing high-quality legal advice and eager to develop professionally.
Training & Development
  • Structured learning and development program designed to build legal skills and confidence.
  • Regular in-house Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars, client functions, and external training events.
  • Supportive environment with allocated Graduate Lead and supervisors to assist transition from university to full-time employment.
Career Progression
  • Opportunities to work closely with Principals and clients across multiple practice groups.
  • Exposure to specialised legal areas to develop expertise and professional growth.
