Operations Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of the Client Success team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our CSMs in managing client tasks and data administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative functions such as data entry to support team and company projects related to client operations;
  • Systematically identify and liaise with vendor-partners to enable the delivery of data projects;
  • Analyse and understand data to make judgement calls on its accuracy and suitability based on predefined rules;
  • Write (or quickly learn to write) simple SQL queries for reporting;
  • Assist CSMs with product adoption strategies including the creation of investor email campaigns and website updates;
  • Manage the creation of investor marketing collateral using Canva and AI tools;
  • Own the hygiene and accuracy of Hubspot CRM, Notion, Linear, and other internal systems used by the CS function;
  • Perform any other duties as required by the business.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in operations or delivery, ideally in a fast-growing technology startup;
  2. Strong data literacy and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data;
  3. Exceptional project management and administrative skills;
  4. Basic design skills and familiarity with AI prompts for marketing collateral creation;
  5. SQL/Metabase literacy (or the ability to quickly learn);
  6. Impeccable attention to detail;
  7. A learning mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to develop creative solutions.
