About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the mobile platforms team at Myob, a leading company in AU, as they continue to grow rapidly. As the Head of Mobile Platforms, you will be responsible for defining and driving Myob's Mobile Platform strategy, as well as the delivery practices and engineering standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional senior leadership to define, prioritise and drive strategic business objectives. Your expertise in leading high-performance development capabilities, utilising agile methodologies, will be essential in delivering innovative technical solutions to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of teams to achieve outstanding results for one of Myob's key growth areas.
  • Develop and deliver mobile app, platform and software features for customers and the business management platform.
  • Explore groundbreaking technology and bring commercial nous to articulate how Myob and the Segment can benefit from engineering practices.
  • Coach and mentor Delivery & Engineering Managers and their teams to drive high performance.
  • Build trusting, meaningful relationships with peers, team members, partners and suppliers.
  • Drive innovation and technical excellence in mobile platforms.
