Culinary Operations Lead

Job Summary
The Culinary Operations Lead will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient back of house operations. This role involves leading by example, being hands on with the team, and maintaining high standards of food preparation and productivity.
- Stock management and ordering
- Effective management of kitchen staff to ensure quality of product
- Staff rostering and timesheets
- Budget management and cost control
- Maintaining kitchen presentation, cleanliness, and product integrity
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy workplace environment
- Opening/closing of restaurant
Key Responsibilities
- Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment
- High standard of food preparation and productivity
- Able to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Able to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends
Essential Qualifications
- Food Safety Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
