Job Opportunity

This is a pivotal role in supporting seniors to maintain their independence and lifestyle choices.

  • An excellent package offered, including salary packaging opportunities (dependent on experience)
  • Supported by an experienced administration team and care staff
  • Reporting directly to a Home Care Manager
  • A high level of autonomy in the role
  • Monday to Friday work with travel involved (can be based in 3 different offices around Adelaide)
  • Working alongside other Care Coordinators
  • An opportunity to grow professionally
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience within the Aged Care sector in a similar role
  • An understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including Home Care Packages and program guidelines
  • The ability to build strong relationships and networks within the community
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
