Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in the People Analytics Reporting team, your duties will include:
  1. Designing, maintaining, and optimizing reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors.
  2. Developing complex SQL queries to extract relevant data for analysis, ensuring effective data retrieval, manipulation, and storage while maintaining high levels of security and integrity.
  3. Implementing data models that support robust HR analytics and reporting.
  4. Crafting visually engaging and insightful dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  5. Presenting data analytics and insights to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations.
  6. Continuously improving reporting methods to better meet business needs.
  7. Planning, executing, and analyzing employee surveys to gauge engagement, satisfaction, and other HR metrics.


About You

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and 3-5 years of experience in people analytics, data analysis, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data extraction are desirable. Advanced skills in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel are also essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are required to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. We offer a competitive salary package estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 AUD per annum based on location and experience.
