About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our growing Digital Inspections team. In this critical position, you will be responsible for managing resource allocation, calendars, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a Master Service Schedule of works in progress and future projects.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, logistics, and site inductions for personnel.
  • Develop Work Packs for jobs including timesheets, itineraries, Toolbox meeting discussion points, procedures, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with the broader services team on scheduling and cross-functional projects.
  • Manage and track equipment and consumables for transport to customer sites.
  • Coordinate and manage all documentation associated with site attendances, materials, reports, and job closure.
Requirements

Minimum 4 years' experience in Office Administration, with demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or in an executive assistant capacity.

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word & Excel) and hands-on experience with accounting packages and in-house systems; SAP experience highly regarded.

Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders, fostering collaborative working relationships.
