**Inspection and Integrity Manager **to join our team.

**The Role**

**Reporting to the Operations Director**, the purpose of this position is to be accountable for the delivery of Asset Integrity discipline service in the areas of Well Integrity, Inspection, Pipelines and Static Equipment.

The role assures Arrows static operational assets are in safe ongoing condition

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required

In addition you will:

- Accountable for the asset inspection and integrity activities required to deliver long term asset performance
- Identifies, recommends and endorses actions required to keep assets in safe condition
- Manages inspection and integrity support contracts, related tools and programs, including improvement and optimisation
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safety environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.

**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- Bachelor's degree in petroleum, chemical, or a related engineering field
- Extensive experience in engineering in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience supporting oil and gas operations from an operations and/or maintenance perspective in an operating company.
- Experience in an supervisory or management role.
- Strong understanding of hydrocarbon production and processing facilities and principles.
- Extensive experience in direct engineering discipline leadership, managing priorities and stakeholders across multiple assets and projects
- Understanding of Well Integrity and failure modes
- High level of familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards
