As a key ambassador of our brand, you will be the friendly face that greets customers and embodies the heart of our business.

You will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service at every turn. From initiating conversations to assisting at checkout, fitting rooms and throughout the shop floor, you play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience. Responsibilities include processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising latest garments on the shop floor.

Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand. With warmth and enthusiasm, you will guide customers through their journey, offering genuine assistance and proactive service to uplift and inspire. Together, in collaboration with your team, you create moments that matter.

While previous experience in customer service and familiarity with fashion are desirable, they are not mandatory.
