About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Management team in achieving sales and profitability targets through effective training, coaching, and support of the sales team.
  • Lead and maintain high standards of merchandising and visual display in the Communications department.
  • Ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with a focus on safety and in-store processes.
About You
  • You must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in retail sales and customer service.
  • Proven experience in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities and electronic POS systems, is essential.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to work under pressure.
