Dynamic Video Content Creator Role

This role brings together creativity, skills, and experience in video and design to further a global mission.

As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading various video and content creation projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing end-to-end video content for communications projects and major fundraising events;
  • Conceptualizing and creating videos to support social media strategies and other specific video needs;
  • Providing technical support for events, including filming where needed;
  • Gathering diverse video footage libraries from various sources to be used in projects throughout the year;
  • Edit existing content to bring it in line with brand guidelines or create new versions for different mediums;
  • Assisting with graphic design needs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong passion for youth and a desire to see lives transformed by the gospel;
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, or 3+ years' experience in a similar field;
  • Demonstrated high level of skill in conceptualizing and creating videos from end-to-end;
  • Skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop;
  • Experience with YouTube and social media platforms;
  • Project management skills to own and drive an initiative from briefing stage to final delivery;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills and personality thriving in a team environment.
