Video Designer/Content Creator (FT or PT options)

Since 1930, CRU has been blessed to see lives transformed by the gospel on a regular basis. This year, CRU staff and volunteer leaders hope to reach over 100,000 children and youth across NSW, the ACT and WA with the good news of Jesus.

Based at Eastwood, our Communications team has an incredible opportunity for a Video Designer/Content Creator.

**Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of a variety of video and content creation projects, including**:

- End-to-end video content creation for communications projects and major fundraising events (concept development, shooting, editing and outputting videos in formats fit for the medium).
- Conceptualize and create videos to support the social media strategies and other specific video needs of different CRU divisions.
- Providing AV, video and technical support for CRU events (including filming at events where needed).
- Regularly attending CRU camps and sites to gather a diverse video footage library to be used in projects throughout the year.
- Editing existing CRU content to bring it in line with existing brand guidelines or create new versions for different mediums.
- Assist with graphic design needs of the communications team.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A full agreement with CRU's Expanded Basis of Belief.
- A passion for youth and a desire to see lives transformed by the gospel.
- A tertiary qualification (preferably in video/graphic design or marketing); or 3+ years' experience in a similar field.
- A demonstrated high level of skill in conceptualizing and creating videos from end-to-end (as evidenced in your portfolio).
- Skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
- Experience with YouTube and videos on social media platforms.
- Project management skills to own and drive an initiative from the briefing stage to final delivery and post-campaign evaluation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a personality that thrives in a team environment.
