Student Support Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Student Support Specialist to join our team as a Peer Mentoring program officer. The role is responsible for providing administrative and support services for events, initiatives, and programs designed to improve the student experience.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in administration, excellent organisational skills, and a demonstrated capacity to deliver effective operational processes and systems. Additionally, they will have well-developed written and verbal communication skills, high-level computer literacy, and demonstrated abilities to set priorities, manage time, and plan work to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of programs and events across the student lifecycle.
  • Work with students and stakeholders to deliver effective operational processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective operational processes and systems.
  • High-level computer literacy.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
