Building Operations Manager

This position combines building management with leasing activities, requiring day-to-day oversight of maintenance and resident services. As part of this hybrid role, you will conduct inspections, host open homes, advertise vacancies, and manage initial tenant interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and resident services to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Conduct thorough inspections, open homes, and tenant viewings, handling administrative tasks through Head Office.
- Deliver exceptional resident experiences while liaising with strata committees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Facilities Management and Property teams for seamless operations.
- Offer a competitive compensation package including salary, commission, relief allowance, and overtime pay.
- At least 18 months' experience in property management, leasing, or facilities management.
- Holding a Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License is essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, resident-focused approach are required.
- A willingness to work full-time plus Saturday mornings with overtime paid.
- Police Clearance is necessary prior to commencement.
