About the Role

Leading a team of professionals, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal counsel to drive business growth and success in the Australian market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join a dynamic organization and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and negotiating construction, supply, and services agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Providing expert advice on project development agreements to optimize business performance.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing corporate and commercial legal matters to minimize risk.
  • Collaborating with external legal firms to achieve optimal results.
Requirements
  • 5-9 years PQE experience in energy, renewables, or construction with a strong commercial background.
  • A blend of project and corporate experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide pragmatic and timely legal advice.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality work products consistently.
