Job Title: Energy Operations and Sales Manager

At our organisation, we are seeking an experienced Energy Operations and Sales Manager to lead the management of operations and sales to energy customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service providers and engaging directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational processes and develop effective strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement pricing models to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure operational compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial operations and sales.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
