**Culturally Safe Patient Outcomes Specialist**
We are seeking an experienced health professional to provide expert clinical care interventions for patients.
The successful candidate will combine their skills and experience with their lived experience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander family kinship, culture, practices, and protocols to deliver culturally responsive services.
This permanent part-time opportunity involves promoting and delivering efficient, effective, clinically relevant, and culturally safe patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will:
- Provide tailored education on high-risk foot disease management.
- Manage complex patient care plans.
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices.
