Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with our broker network through proactive engagement and communication
  • Collaborate closely with our team members to enhance broker knowledge of our lending offering
  • Attend state meetings and provide updates on results against objectives, facilitating informed decision-making
  • Utilize Hubspot to track activity and optimize performance
  • Organize strategic group meetings to drive collective success
  • Manage complaints from brokers and customers, ensuring timely resolution
Operational Tasks
  • Oversee the relationship with one White Label (WL) lender
  • Drive BDM activity to achieve operational excellence
  • Escalate product pricing and policy exemptions as required
  • Manage post-settlement enquiries efficiently
Technical Responsibilities
  • Oversee technical content development, encompassing training, events, marketing collateral, and websites
  • Input data for staff and broker loans submitted for White label
  • Coordinate accreditation trainings to ensure proficiency

KPIs will be measured by white label market share growth nationally and in each state, serving as the foundation for the bonus structure. Additional KPIs include white label settlement volume nationally and in each state, broker activity, and overall strategic growth.
