Operations Team Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable, customer-friendly, and fast-learning individual to join our Operations team at our Sunshine, VIC branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining good working relationships with internal national vendor and stock management teams and handling all queries promptly with honesty, courtesy, and integrity.
- Acting as point of contact between the branch and national teams for on-the-ground enquiries.
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure all assets are correctly advertised and that the quality of photographs accurately reflects descriptions.
- Coordinating rectification of assets in line with company procedures and liaising closely with asset preparation teams on status, ensuring quality of repairs from suppliers is of exceptional quality.
- Responding to customer enquiries promptly, politely, and accurately.
- Developing and maintaining branch relationships through regular communication with key operational employees while overseeing the asset preparation processes at the branch (decommission, decals, detailing, rectifications) being performed in a timely manner.
- Reviewing, updating, and actioning various reports relating to stock control.
- Conducting regular stock takes and reconciliation using mobile devices as required.
- Assisting with operational duties such as booking in, decal removal, forklift movements when instructed, and/or required.
- Providing vehicle inspections based on predetermined standards regarding paint and panel condition, vehicle make, model, variant, and its accessories.

- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Able to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.
- Competent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent MS Office skills and the ability to learn our user-friendly auction system.
- Demonstrated understanding of WH&S regulations.
- Current/valid manual driver's licence.
