About the Position

  • We are seeking an experienced Skin Clinic Consultant/Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support our team in Sydney.
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience in the cosmetic/aesthetic industry, with extensive knowledge of beauty/cosmetic treatments, skin conditions, and current industry best practices.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, assessing clients' skin conditions and aesthetic goals, developing tailored treatment plans, maintaining detailed client records and profiles, scheduling appointments for clients, and ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the cosmetic/aesthetic industry
  • Extensive knowledge of beauty/cosmetic treatments, skin conditions, and current industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and put clients at ease
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Passion for aesthetics and a desire to help clients feel confident in their appearance
  • Knowledge of energy-based devices (e.g. Ultherapy, Thermage FLX, Morpheus8, Picosure Pro, Sofwave, etc)
  • Fluency in Korean or Chinese is preferred
