Key Responsibilities

Our team leader will be responsible for developing the skills and abilities of field service technicians through training and onsite assistance.

They will ensure all technicians abide by our health, safety, and environmental policies.

The team leader will also assist technicians in meeting standard times for quoted timelines.

  • Technicians are expected to maintain inventory stock levels.
  • They should perform tasks safely and work effectively as a team.

Additional responsibilities include regular contact with our operations team, resolving customer issues, and completing paperwork requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team in a similar environment.

  • They should possess relevant trade qualifications.
  • Experience in maintenance of industrial equipment is highly desirable.

The candidate should also have strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management skills, and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
