Lead Care Team Members

The role involves providing professional leadership for a team to support the organization's mission. This is a full-time opportunity within a Community Care team.
As Lead, you will ensure that staff have a good understanding of individual client needs and preferences. You will lead, support, and mentor your team, working in partnership and consultation with other managers as required.
- You will manage the recruitment of new care workers and ensure all necessary validations, education, development plans, and resources are available.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years' relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of home care packages programs, aged care quality standards, and performance coaching experience.
- A current driver's license and safe driving record, with a willingness to travel between clients, sites, and services.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills.
- Empathy and patience.
