As a leader in education, we are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Head of Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning, and who has a proven track record of leadership in an educational institution.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Business, Economics, or Enterprise, and will be able to model excellence in teaching and learning within the faculty. They will provide pedagogical, curriculum, staff and administrative leadership for the faculty, and establish a learning environment that is conducive to continuous improvement.

The Head of Faculty will be responsible for developing improvement plans for the faculty, based on specific feedback and data analysis. They will also develop and publish an annual strategic plan for the faculty, aligned to the school's strategic vision. In addition, they will mentor and support staff within the faculty, fostering professional growth and development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff, students, and external partners. They will be committed to promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and will have experience building partnerships with industry, academia, and the wider community to enrich student learning.

The successful applicant must hold registration with the Queensland College of Teachers and be willing to have their name submitted to the Anglican Church's Professional Standards Register. As a prospective member of the school community, they will be willing to support the Code of Conduct and the stated values and Anglican Ethos of the school.
