  • Customer Focus: Drive customer outcomes by continuously improving the service based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide development teams to foster a collaborative culture and high-performing service delivery team.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators to measure service success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in business analysis, product management, or related roles, preferably in payments domain.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Agile methodologies are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of agile principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with payment systems, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
